The dataset you are interested in is located on the Hydroseek search engine. Once there, under "Where and When" choose search by watershed and type "Chesapeake" in the watershed box. Choose one of the Chesapeake watersheds. Once you enter an end date for your data search, zoom in to the Chesapeake and double click on the "123" symbols until they change to station markers.
